1.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or Services and are not liable if they become unavailable at any time.

2. Your Responsibilities

comply with all instructions and policies we provide;

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds
3.1 Fees for Services are displayed at the point of purchase and may vary between offerings.
3.2 Payments may be one-time or recurring, depending on the Service selected.
3.3 Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details and are not responsible for payment provider performance.
3.4 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
3.5 Failure to make payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of access. You remain responsible for all outstanding amounts.
Refund Policy
3.6 All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless:
a refund or guarantee is expressly stated at the point of purchase, or
required under Australian Consumer Law.
3.7 Where a refund guarantee is offered, the specific conditions disclosed at purchase apply and form part of this agreement.
3.8 Digital content, coaching sessions, and online programs are considered delivered upon access being granted.
3.9 Any unused coaching sessions or inclusions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless stated otherwise and will expire thereafter.
4. No Guarantee of Results
4.1 We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, income, personal transformation, or business success.
4.2 Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors beyond our control.
4.3 Any examples or testimonials are illustrative only and not promises of results.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content, materials, systems, videos, frameworks, and resources are owned by THE THRIVE METHOD™ and protected under Australian and international intellectual property laws.
5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
5.3 You may not reproduce, resell, share, or commercialise any content without written permission.
5.4 Any feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
